2020 Mid-South Land Values Report

A 104-page report on Land Values in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee is now available courtesy of the Mid-South Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. This is the third year the Mid-South Land Values Report has been issued, and it has been expanded from previous issues.

“The basic report is on what’s happening with farmland values, sales, and rents across Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi and parts of western Tennessee,” said Tyler Mullins, President of the Mid-South Chapter of the ASFMRA. “We’ve also added editorial dealing with specialty subjects such as climate trends, timber, poultry, peanuts, and even information on deer herd management.”

The book also includes a complete roster with contact information for farm managers and appraisers in the Chapter’s four-state area.
